نامه تشکر رئیس شورای بین المللی موسسات مشاوره مدیریت (ICMCI) از کمیته "پشتیبانی از انجمن های مشاور مدیریت" با عضویت و حضور موثر مهندس میرفخرائی رئیس هیئت مدیره انجمن در این کمیته

شورای بین المللی موسسات مشاوره مدیریت (ICMCI) دارای تعدادی کمیته های دائمی ، مانند کمیته استاندارهای حرفه ای، کمیته عضویت و کمیته کنترل کیفیت می باشد ، آقای مهندس میرفخرائی ، رئیس هیئت مدیره انجمن مشاوران مدیریت ایران نیز پس از عضویت انجمن در این شورا به عضویت کمیته استانداردهای حرفه ای این شورا درآمده اند که حضور فعال ایشان و دیگر اعضا کمیته موجب گردیده تا رئیس شورای بین المللی ، آقای فرانچسکو دواپریل، اخیرا با ارسال ایمیلی مراتب تشکر خود را اعلام نمایند .

شورای بین المللی موسسات مشاوره مدیریت (ICMCI)  علاوه بر کمیته های دائمی ، در پی تصویب طرح مهم "استراتژی موفقیت"Break through Strategy) )  در مجمع عمومی سال 2011 خود به تعریف 6 پروژه به شرح زیر برای این استراتژی اقدام نموده که برای اجرای هریک از آنها نیز کمیته ای تشکیل شده است:

در هریک از کمیته های دائمی و پروژه های "استراتژی موفقیت" تعدادی از نمایندگان انجمن های مشاور مدیریت کشور های مختلف عضو هستند، ولی متاسفانه اکثر اعضای این کمیته ها از کشور های اروپائی و امریکائی بوده و احتمالا به لحاظ مسائل فرهنگی و بخصوص زبان، مشارکت اعضا از کشور های دیگر قابل توجه نمی باشد. یکی از سیاست های انجمن پس از پذیرش عضویت کامل خود بعنوان یک عضو دائمی در شورا حضور فعال در موضوعات مرتبط بوده است و به همین لحاظ آقای مهندس میرفخرائی رئیس هیئت مدیره انجمن مشاوران مدیریت ایران در کمیته استانداردهای حرفه ای و کمیته پشتیبانی از انجمن های مشاور مدیریت عضویت یافته اند.

اینک آقای فرانچسکو دواپریل رئیس شورای بین المللی مشاوران مدیریت ، به علت تلاش های مثبت اعضای کمیته "پشتیبانی از انجمن های مشاور مدیریت" طی نامه ای از اعضای این کمیته تشکر نموده است که متن آن به شرح زیر است:

Dear Friends,
As Chair of ICMCI I want to express my sincere respect and gratitude for the valuable work that you have done in the breakthrough projects, with particular respect to support for IMCs.
As volunteers, for the sake of our profession, you have put in great efforts and provided precious expertise and time to develop clear project plans and perspectives that enable us to move ICMCI to a higher level. We are confident that the projects have provided results and sound plans that will indeed help us to achieve the breakthrough objectives that have been endorsed by our trustees in 2010. Without your efforts, we would not be at this stage today.
At the annual conference in Orlando, we discussed the present state of affairs. We have used the first two years of the breakthrough effort to explore ideas and possibilities and develop well considered plans for improving and expanding the value ICMCI adds to its members. Now, in the third and final year of the breakthrough effort, it is time to for implementation.
Implementation of new activities is an exciting challenge for us. We owe it to our members to use the breakthrough budget responsibly. We must dare to invest in what we are asked to achieve, but not take risks we cannot afford. For this reason, it is decided that we will focus our efforts on a restricted number of priorities. A main criterion in prioritizing has been the expected revenue generating potential of the projects, besides of course the expected added value for IMCs and CMCs.
We will start pilot projects on the following priorities:

• An IMC for CMCs in countries where no IMC yet exists
• CMC International: a new designation for CMCs with high level international experience
• A new website for ICMCI as a vehicle for better branding and marketing
• A regional conference (in Lithuania, July 2013) as a revenue generating activity
• ICMCI Fellow: a recognition for academics creating higher involvement in ICMCI
• Endorsed qualification scheme: also creating closer links with academia
• An executive director for ICMCI

In order to manage the implementation of these pilot projects, new working groups or project teams will be created, based on required competencies and availability. The present project teams are of course most welcome to continue to work on plans and ideas that were not prioritised in this next phase. We hope that all the good ideas can be implemented at a later stage.
For now, I again thank you for your contribution thus far. We hope to be able to present you with clear successes based on your work next year.
